OVERVIEW
Take the first step towards becoming a professional makeup artist with our beginners makeup course.
Experiment and learn to create three full makeup looks - Minimal & Natural, Classic Bridal and a Special Occasion evening look.
You will complete your theory in your own time and pace via an online learning portal. Your practical will be completed face to face with an educator at a training venue.
YOUR JOURNEY
THEORY
You will complete your theory via an interactive online learning portal. You have access to this for 1 year.
Your portal contains:
*Health & Safety
*Product Knowledge
*Treatment Procedure
*Multiple choice assessment for obtaining your certificate
Your learning portal is emailed to you 1 week before your course. We advise all students to read through their LMS before training as this helps you to familarise yourself with the treatment.
On Blended training it is compulsory that you read all your theory before attending the practical.
Full day courses the educator will recap and cover theory on the morning.
PRACTICAL
Your practical session, either face to face or online will cover:
*Setting up your kit
*Consultation and trials
*Exploring the Golden Ratios of the Face
*Choosing Colours to Suit your Client
*Application of 3 key looks (Natural, Bridal, Evening)

Theory: 3 hours estimated (self paced learning) Practical: 4 hours (10am-2pm)
Your INSTORE practical face to face training will cover:

WHAT IS NEEDED FOR THE INSTORE PRACTICAL TRAINING
*All products and equipment are supplied for the duration of the course by your educator
*Please bring 1 x electronic devices (ipad/laptop & smartphone) fully charged with data to be able to access your online portal to get your E-Certificate.
* You will work on each other for the practical session, please ensure you have no contra-indications to the treatment, should you not be able to have the treatment due to medical reasons you can arrange to bring a model (please contact Training Solutions direct to arrange this).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
•Students and Models must be at least 18 years of age to attend.
•You will receive a Welcome Email from Training Solutions to explain your training journey within 48 hours of purchasing your training.
• You will continue to have access to the online learning portal for 1 year.
•Upon completion you will receive an accredited E-certificate.
