OVERVIEW
Learn how to create curls, texture, and volume in hair through contemporary and fashionable methods, including safely mastering at least three different perming techniques for various curl and wave effects.
You will access your theory online and complete the practical face to face with an educator at a training venue.
YOUR JOURNEY
THEORY
You will complete your theory via an interactive online learning portal. You have access to this for 1 year.
Your portal contains:
*Health and Safety
*Perming Chemical Theory
*Client consultation, adaptations to styles to suite
*Multiple choice assessment for obtaining your certificate
Your learning portal is emailed to you 1 week before your course. We advise all students to read through their LMS before training as this helps you to familarise yourself with the treatment.
PRACTICAL
Your practical session will cover:
*Perming Science and Theory recap
*Perming product knowledge
*Demonstrations of: Traditional perm wind, Volume wind and Double wind.
*Student practical on a chemically responsive training head
* Aftercare advice and troubleshooting
WHAT IS NEEDED FOR THE INSTORE PRACTICAL TRAINING
You will need to bring:
*16" Chemical Responsive Training Head (live models not accepted)
*1 x Avec Pro Perm of your choice (coloured hair recommended if available)
*Neutralising Sponge
*Tint Bowl
*Your basic hairdressing kit containing: Sectioning clips, Combs, Brushes, Scissors, Hair dryer with a diffuser
*Styling & Finishing products will be provided by your educator.
*Please bring 1 x electronic devices (ipad/laptop & smartphone) fully charged with data to be able to access your online portal to get your E-Certificate.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Students must be at least 18 years of age to attend.
You will receive a Welcome Email from Training Solutions to explain your training journey within 48 hours of purchasing your training.
You will continue to have access to the online learning portal for 1 year.
Upon completion you will receive an accredited E-certificate.
